ALL returns MUST be pre-approved by MW-PS-USA. At the time of approval, a Return of Goods Authorization number (RGA) will be issued to you.

It is up to MW-PS-USA's sole discretion whether a return is to be: (A) Account Credit; (B) Exchange; or (C) Refund. ALL returns are subject to a thirty percent (30%) restocking charge. NO credit, exchange or refund shall apply to any shipping costs unless the part(s) in question was defective or the part received by the purchaser was not the part ordered.

Electrical parts may NOT be returned.
